APARTMENT TOUR SCHEDULE

APARTMENT VIEWING TOURS AND APPOINTMENTS:

Want to see an Ithaca Renting Company apartment? Here are our showing options and policies:

OPEN TOURS: Several tours are preset during the week for some of our popular apartment choices. We will post the tour times online, and any or all of your group may attend the tours. Tours will always meet at the Rental Office (119 Dryden Road) and leave from the office. Tours will only to go a predetermined apartment size at that time- so if you are on a Court & Plaza 4 Bedroom Tour, the only apartments you will see are a Court 4 Bedroom and a Plaza 4 Bedroom - not any other 4 bedrooms in different buildings, and not any other size apartments in Collegetown Court or Plaza. If you are interested in seeing a different size or model apartment, you may come to any other tour. You are not limited in the number of tours you may join, and your whole group is not required to be present.

Special Note: The tours are only set for our most common and most popular apartment sizes and styles.
This set of apartments for scheduled tours currently includes:
Studios: Plaza, Center, Court
Two Bedrooms: Plaza, Center
Three Bedrooms: Court, 210
Four Bedrooms: Plaza, Court, Johnny's
Five Bedrooms: Court, Aces
Six Bedrooms: Plaza, Aces

This list may be adjusted when we start to run out of apartments. The tours are set during the afternoon hours, and depending on interest that week, there may be more tour times to some sizes and less for others. We will set up new tour times each week, so check back often. If the options for this week don't work for you, the choices next week may fit into your schedule better. You do not need to sign up for the Open Tours in advance.

On the tour, you will see one sample apartment in the building listed.  These are chosen by the office in advance.  When we have more than one available floor plan or apartment, you may choose to rent any of them.  You can make your rental decision based on floor plans, and you can even attend more than one tour, since we do rotate through the apartments that are still available for rent.  However, we will not go to two different models of the same apartment in the same building on one tour.  This policy is a courtesy to our current tenants who live in these apartments.

No photos!  While you are welcome to send a group representative on a tour if your whole group is unable to attend, we do not allow photography inside occupied apartments.  The apartments that we visit are people's homes, and we will not allow photos to be taken (even by your cell phones) of other people's personal belongings.

Tours fill up!  When we get to the maximum capacity that we can take into an apartment, we do close tours.  We never know which tours will be the most popular for the current week, but four & six bedroom tours have both filled up recently.  Once a tour fills, anyone who wanted to join that tour will be asked to come to our next available tour time for that apartment size.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for your group.
