- LEASE TERMS: All Lease are for 12 Months. Leases are binding contracts that may not be cancelled.
- NEW RENTALS: All apartments are rented on a first-come, first served basis with a payment of one month of rent per person. In order to secure an apartment, EVERY potential tenant must read a Sample Lease, and have their parents read a Sample Lease.
- LEASES: Samples of the Lease contracts are online at www.ithacarenting.com. You and your parents must read a Sample Lease before you rent your apartment. Your parents will be required to sign a Lease Guarantee , which means they are a co-signer on your lease. This is not optional.
- Important: Leases are binding contracts! You may not cancel or terminate a lease. There are no refunds of rent. Make sure you are ready before you sign your lease! If you are not sure of your plans for next year, you should not sign a lease yet.
- LEASE SIGNING: Electronic lease signings available.
- PARKING: Parking spaces are available in several locations for a twelve month lease. Secure your space when you sign your apartment lease. Parking prices range from $1600 to $3300 per year.
