Who We Are
Ithaca Renting has two offices serving residential and commercial tenants.
Collegetown Office: 119 Dryden Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850 is located in the heart of Collegetown. Lisa and Colleen have both been with Ithaca Renting for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable about issues facing Cornell students in housing, and all of our buildings.
Downtown Office: Located at 118 Prospect St., Suite 200, Ithaca, NY 14850, the Downtown offices are the main administrative offices of Ithaca Renting and the location of downtown leasing staff. Jason Vollers is able to assist you with questions regarding living in our downtown units. Dawn and Denise will be able to answer your questions regarding billing and other business matters.

Ithaca Renting’s mission is to provide outstanding housing accommodations at fair prices. Our staff endeavors to be responsive, courteous, and solve any issues that arise promptly. For over 50 years, our staff has excelled in meeting these goals and making our tenants time in Ithaca comfortable and enjoyable.
