Please note - you are not required to visit an apartment in person to rent that unit. Many new students are not able to visit Ithaca until they arrive to move in and start their Cornell journey. And we know how busy current students are and how little spare time you have. You are welcome to choose based on the video tours.
For in person tours, we do have more limited availability for tours especially during the school year, as the apartments are typically occupied. Because someone may be living in the apartment style that you want to visit, we aren't able to visit without proper notice. That's why we will need to schedule your tour in advance and limit you to one location. We know this can be frustrating while you are shopping when you aren't able to see multiple styles, sizes and apartments, but we hope you can appreciate that we respect the privacy of our residents. Imagine when you are living in Collegetown - what would you prefer, a landlord who doesn't give you any notice other than a few minutes and visits your apartment multiple times in a week or even on the same day, or one that notifies you the night in advance and rotates through available units in order to be fair to everyone? We aren't trying to limit what you see. We ARE trying to be respectful of our current residents!

CALL the office at 607-272-3000 to speak to us and arrange your tour time. We typically schedule tours on weekday afternoons, with advance notice.
All tours meet at our Collegetown Office at 119 Dryden Road. We'll be waiting for you at the office, so you don't need to try to find any building entrance. Just come to our office and walk right and and let us know you are here for your scheduled tour!
