RENTAL OFFICE & FRONT DESK SERVICES AVAILABLE IN COLLEGETOWN FOR OUR RESIDENTS!
We're here to help! We can assist with some mail and package services, change for laundry machines and even sending out your dry cleaning! We've even got a Notary Public available!
STAMPS: If you need to mail a letter, you can purchase a regular first class postage stamp for $1 (cash only, please) from the Rental Office or the Collegetown Center front desk. Just stop by and say you would like to buy a stamp! We'll even check your letter to make sure you have addressed it properly and send it out with our regular mail pickup. Envelopes available on request.
PACKAGE RETURNS: If you are returning a package or shipping an item somewhere that has a return or a paid shipping label on it, and you have the box sealed up with packing tape, you can bring it to the office or the Center front desk and we will send it out with the shipping carrier. Just stop by and say you need to ship a package and we'll take a look and make sure your label is good to go and send it out from here. Please note that this is for sealed boxes with paid shipping labels. There are also shipping stores right in Collegetown if you need to buy boxes and packing supplies or need help to create your own shipping label.
QUARTERS: Need change? While most of the laundry machines in the buildings accept card payments, some are still paid with quarters. We can change quarters for you in $10 or $20 increments (cash only please). Just stop by and say you need quarters. $20 limit per week per person.
DRY CLEANING: Yes! Get that interview outfit cleaned so you can look your best! We'll send your Dry Cleaning out for you from the Collegetown Center front desk. We'll let you know when it comes back and you can pay for the cleaning at that time with cash or a check. For Collegetown Center residents, just stop by the front desk. For all other residents, please contact us at the Rental Office in person or by phone 607-272-3000 so we can set up a drop off appointment for you. Wool, cashmere, silk, linen, velvet fabrics, heavy winter coats, lined skirts, suits, trousers- when in doubt, send it out!
NOTARY PUBLIC: Some states require a notarized signature on a mail-in ballot. There are some other contracts, legal, or corporate documents that may need your signature to be notarized. A Notary Public is a state-appointed witness to the signing of important documents and is an impartial witness to verify the identity of the signers of documents to help deter fraud. You can get your document notarized here at the office. You'll need to bring your valid, unexpired government issued ID, and the UNSIGNED document to the office. It's always a good idea to call first to set an appointment for this service. 607-272-3000. Please note that this service is for our tenants only. If you are not a tenant, you should go to a bank branch for notary services.
