Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a brand-new fitness room, located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry, located on the second floor.

Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including a personal A/C unit. Walking into this ground floor 1 bedroom apartment, the kitchen is to your right and the living area and bedroom to the left. The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a love seat, arm chair, coffee table, a small dining table and chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, desk, dresser, bookcase, and a chair. All the windows in this apartment face west, looking toward the neighboring building.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
