This building is popular with all types of students, and has a mix of graduate and undergraduate students. There are many adjacent shops and restaurants. Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a brand-new fitness room, located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry, located on the second floor.

Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including a personal A/C unit. Walking into this apartment, the kitchen is to the left, the bathroom to the right, and the living room straight ahead. The carpeted living room comes fully furnished with a love seat, arm chair, coffee table, end table, and a small dining table and chair. The bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and desk chair. All the windows in this apartment face west towards College Ave., with a limited view of the building next door.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
