Collegetown Plaza, 111 Dryden Road (built 1989), is a modern nine story building, with apartments ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

This unique ground level two person apartment was added to the building in 2010. The kitchen features modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The carpeted living room includes a small sofa, arm chair, coffee and side table, and a dining table and chairs. The living room window faces north, overlooking Dryden Road, while both bedroom windows face west. The two bedrooms are fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. All rooms have an A/C unit.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
