Collegetown Plaza, 111 Dryden Road (built 1989), is a modern nine story building, with apartments ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

This ground floor five person apartment has one full bathroom, one half bathroom, and a recently renovated kitchen. The unique feature of this apartment is the covered balcony that looks toward Ithaca College. The updated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. There is also an A/C unit in the living room and a 50' mounted flat screen TV for tenants' enjoyment. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. The large windows in the apartment face either south or east, so there is plenty of bright morning light.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
