Collegetown Plaza, 111 Dryden Road (built 1989), is a modern nine story building, with apartments ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

This six person apartment has two full bathrooms and a recently renovated kitchen. The updated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table, and a dining table and chairs. There is also an A/C unit in the living room and a 50' mounted flat screen TV for tenants' enjoyment. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk and chair. Rooms 1 through 3 have bright north facing windows and rooms 5 and 6 have large west facing windows. Room 4 is positioned on the corner of the building and has a unique design with three large windows that overlook Dryden Rd.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
