This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

Walking into this apartment the bedroom is to the right and the kitchen and bathroom are to the left off from the large living room. The kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, oven, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a small dining table and chairs, a love seat, arm chair, and coffee table. The adjacent bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
