Collegetown Plaza, 111 Dryden Road (built 1989), is a modern nine story building, with apartments ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

Walking into the apartment, the bathroom is to the left and the kitchen is to the right. The carpeted living area is furnished with a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table, small dining table and chairs. There is also an A/C unit in the living room and 50' mounted flat screen TV. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the apartment; each bedroom comes fully furnished with a full sized bed, desk, dresser, bookcase, and chair. All of the large windows in this apartment face east.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
