Premium Studio

Collegetown Plaza, 111 Dryden Road (built 1989), is a modern nine story building, with apartments ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. This is a relatively social building, and attracts undergrads with some grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. All studio apartments have large, bright windows facing west. Building amenities include an automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system, laundry on the fifth floor, trash room on the third floor, and a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants of this building.

Walking into the apartment, the kitchen is to your right and the bathroom to your left. The kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, oven, sink, and microwave. The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, small table and two chairs. The large window faces west.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
