The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. There is also a 50' mounted flat screen TV. All of the bedrooms have a full sized bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelves.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
