Collegetown Center, 151 Dryden Road (built 1997), is an optimal choice for graduate students. Located just minutes from the law school, it features studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. There is an attended concierge desk in the lobby (staffed 9 AM to 11 PM), automatic passenger elevator, and an intercom/buzzer system. Laundry is located on the sixth floor. There is also a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants for this building.

Each studio is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher and A/C unit in each apartment. Walking into the apartment, the kitchen is to your right and the bathroom to your left. The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, small table, and two chairs. The large south-facing windows face away from Dryden Rd. The studio's unique angled windows allow for more light and great views over the valley towards Ithaca College.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
