There is an attended concierge desk in the lobby (staffed 9 AM to 11 PM), automatic passenger elevator, and an intercom/buzzer system. Laundry is located on the sixth floor and a trash/recycling room on each floor. There is also a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants for this building.

Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher and A/C unit in each room. Walking into the apartment, the kitchen is to the right and the bathroom is to the left. A closet conveniently located next to the kitchen can be used as a pantry or additional storage. The carpeted living room features a large south facing window, and its furnishings include a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table, small dining table and chairs.
