202 Dryden Rd., is a premier location less than a block from the Cornell campus and near many Collegetown businesses. This classic Collegetown building has housed many students over the years, and the well-loved former establishment 'Johnny's Big Red. The exterior was updated to give it a fresh look, but many alumni will recall the classic Neon sign that adorned the building for decades. The building entrance has an intercom and buzzer system, and requires a proximity reader tag for entry.

This second floor four person apartment is fully furnished, has 1.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. All of the bedrooms have a full sized bed, desk, dresser and bookshelves. The living room and front two bedrooms have built in air conditioners.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
