In Collegetown, Cornell Law & Johnson students often choose the Collegetown Center building, which has a more formal atmosphere with an attended lobby and close proximity at the corner of College Ave and Dryden Road, just one block to the bridge to campus. Get to class fast, with just a short walk- no shuttle or bus needed when you live in the center of the vibrant Collegetown neighborhood! On site parking is available as an option for a fee. Engineering Students often choose Collegetown Court or Collegetown Center, and we also often have a Grad Student Singles option, where we match you with other grads in a shared unit in one of our apartments.
Downtown, you have so many options, from the popular CityView building featuring large bright apartments and budget-friendly parking, as well as amazing and unique apartments all around the famous Ithaca Commons. Easy bus service to campus from Downtown Ithaca, with chill vibes in this vibrant and extremely central neighborhood. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, you name it! There are options both right in the heart of the action and a block or 2 off the Commons if you want to be as close as possible without being right on the Commons- pick what works best for you!
