Collegetown Plaza: 111 Dryden Road, is a modern nine story elevator building with spectacular views on the upper floors. This is a social building, and attracts undergrads as well as grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. All apartments have large, bright windows, and the panoramic views begin on the 7th floor. Laundry is located on the fifth floor. Aces Apartments: 426 Eddy Street is a classic Collegetown building across from the Eddy Street Gate original entrance to Cornell at the top of Eddy Street, across from Cascadilla Hall.
