Collegetown Plaza: 111 Dryden Road, is a modern nine story elevator building. The Plaza features apartments with spectacular views on the upper floors. This is a social building, and attracts undergrads as well as grad students. Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances. All apartments have large, bright windows, and the panoramic views begin on the 7th floor. Laundry is located on the fifth floor. Aces Apartments: 426 Eddy Street is a classic Collegetown building across from the Eddy Street Gate original entrance to Cornell at the top of Eddy Street, across from Cascadilla Hall. Value priced suites with a variety of room options, featuring high ceilings and updated kitchens and bathrooms. These suites feature in-unit washer and dryers and choices of east and north facing rooms, as well as a selection of extremely quiet bedroom options. 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are available in this great location.
