Collegetown Plaza is our most popular building for Cornell undergrads, located in the heart of Collegetown!

Welcome to Collegetown Plaza! Featuring a stylish, welcoming modern lobby, renovated in January 2020, and designed by local Ithaca architect John Snyder. 

Art deco style, nine-story elevator building in the Heart of Collegetown, two minutes from Cornell University. Studio, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedroom apartments. 5 and 6 bedrooms have 1 1/2 or 2 baths. Apartments have intercom/buzzer system, modern kitchens with microwaves, air conditioner, and many have dishwashers. All units have contemporary furniture, mini-blinds and wall-to-wall carpet. Laundry on premises.

12 month leases. Rent includes heat & hot water and furniture.
