SPRINKLER INFORMATION

Effective December 3, 2014, New York State passed a new law requiring that the presence of, and maintenance of, residential sprinkler systems be disclosed on all residential leases in New York.

Collegetown Center – Sprinklers are located at all public means of egress, public stairwells, and public hallways. This property is serviced by a maintained and operative sprinkler system that was last maintained on 1/3/18 and was last inspected on 11/6/19.

Collegetown Plaza – Sprinklers are located at all public means of egress, public stairwells, and public hallways. Sprinklers are also located within apartments 1B, 1C, and 5E. This property is serviced by a maintained and operative sprinkler system that was last maintained on 1/3/18 and was last inspected on 11/6/19.

Collegetown Court – Sprinklers are located at all public means of egress, public stairwells, and public hallways. This property is serviced by a maintained and operative sprinkler system that was last maintained on 10/31/19 and was last inspected on 10/31/19.

Aces Apartments – Sprinklers are located in all public stairwells. This property is serviced by a maintained and operative sprinkler system that was last maintained on 10/30/19 and was last inspected on 10/30/19.

202 Dryden Road – Sprinklers are located in all public stairwells. This property is serviced by a maintained and operative sprinkler system that was last maintained on 10/30/19 and was last inspected on 10/30/19.

105 Dryden Court – There are no sprinkler systems at this location.

214 Dryden Road – There are no sprinkler systems at this location.

210 Dryden Road – There are no sprinkler systems at this location.

705 East Buffalo Street – There are no sprinkler systems at this location.

 

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE

The City of Ithaca requires all rental dwellings to hold a valid Certificate of Compliance. This certificate shall be displayed in the main entryway of each rental building, and accessible for all Tenants to see. These certificates can be verified through the City of Ithaca. As of 9/1/2021, all buildings have a valid certificate of compliance, or are awaiting recertification, and the expiration dates are as follows:

Collegetown Center – 5/23/2022

Collegetown Plaza – 4/6/2024

Collegetown Court – 9/4/2021 (inspection complete, waiting for new certificate)

Aces Apartments – 7/31/2021 (inspection complete, waiting for new certificate)
